Here you can submit your stuff (like software, game, movie, music...) in portal or discuss with anyone from everywhere in our forum. A. Language

First of all, you must remember that, all discussing posts, comments, articles you submitted to us have to be writen in English. We will remove all text/post(s) with other language like Russian, ...

B. Posting an article

I. Before posting

- Search carefully before submit article to us. We recommend you to use both advanced search and in AdminCP (Find similar articles feature) for best results
- Don't Submit old download/version
- Don't Submit Microsoft's Products !
- Don't Submit "Erotic (XXX) Photos and Videos"
- For your files, no password, no suffix. "_downarchive.com" is optional !
- For archive file, no ads inside, unless you will be banned forever

II. Posting an article

What is Short Description and Full Description?
Short Description is a small text/description will show in mainpage or category if your article was published. Full Description will show when someone click to direct link of your article. So you can understand, Full Description includes Short Descripion !!

1. Short Description includes:

- Screenshot/Cover/Picture of your stuff (must be centered)
- Your post tittle and file information (if e-Book then: size, format, number of pages, year, language [you can post not all this infos]; if music, then bitrate [is necessary], size...and so on with other releases.)
- Some text description (emphasise some key words!) [No Download links here!!]



2. Full Description includes:

- Short description
- More description about your stuff
- All links to releases must be here
- Don't hide download links. Please use quote or code tag



3. Reason(s) for refusing your article

What is refusing article? Refusing article means your post won't be published at DownArchive.

When would your article be refused? If article you submitted to us violated at least one of below terms:
- You didn't follow our templates, only post for youself
- Wrong Size of Image/Screen/Cover (it means smaller than our image size rule)
- Choose wrong Category for your article or non-Category
- Content isn't English (description must be English, not accept for other languages)
- Wrong Link Requirement !
- Your image uploaded was on image hosting which we can't use hotlink to your image for remoting


III. Picture

1. Size
- Your image uploaded's filesize must be smaller than 800KB
- Your image uploaded's width must be from 320 pixel to 450 pixel:

2. Image Hosting
- We only accept following image hosting:
/ ImageShack
/ TinyPic
/ FileSonic Image Hosting
/ Photobucket (only Trusted Contributor in DownArchive can use)
- You must use direct link to image (except screenshot in full description)

IV. File Hosting
- Your article must have at least 2 file hostings, one of them is:
/ Uploaded.to
/ Extabit
/ NetLoad
/ BitShare
/ Rapidgator
- Upload and submit with Uploaded.to / Extabit / BitShare / NetLoad / Rapidgator + at least 1 mirror from any other file hostings.
ex: DepositFiles + mirror Uploading/Uploaded.to or both..., Uploaded.to + Letitbit...

C. Section Rules

I. Movie / TV-Shows
- Every movie/tv-show article must have RIP Team's name in title. We will remove immediately your article if you don't follow
- Video screenshot is optional
- Do not use screenshot as cover in short description

D. Comment
- Be careful for posting URLs, you will be banned if article holder said "No Mirrors" or similar and you still post your URLs deliberately in comments.
- All spammers will be banned. Their comments and articles will be removed immediately !

What are spammers? You are a spammer if:
- Advertise other sites in comments
- Posting archive password in comments
- Posting URLs deliberately
