In this tutorial we’ll be creating a round logo from scratch, then by applying different effects we will give it a shiny metallic look and reveal it similar to logos in those fancy car ads.

You will be learning about different lighting effects to achieve shinny metal material look. We will use custom reflections, use basic lens flare in advanced way, employ fake 3D to make shining edges and different transition effects to simulate logo being revealed by light.

To achieve it you’ll be learning about Masks, Track-mates, transitions, I’ll give you Hints on Workflow to speed up your work and save more time I’ll be explaining frequently used Keyboard shortcuts as well as touch to Basic expressions, null objects, parenting different objects and more.

Tutorial consists of 5 parts. Over 1hour total learning time.
1: Creating a logo plate
2: Setting up environment
3: Revealing logo
4: Lighting effects
5: Final Adjustments

This Tutorial is a high quality video screencast in HD format.
